Application process
A good application process is the start of a promising career at F1RE. A first meeting online followed by an office in person meeting. We aim to explore what we can offer each other and how we can strengthen our collaboration. Throughout the process, we investigate various aspects to understand this better. You will meet with the people you will be working alongside to advance your career. We also start looking at your first assignments and how they fit into your development plan.
The process is designed to answer the following questions:
- What are your short-term and long-term career goals?
- How do you wish to be supported in achieving these goals?
- What experiences and knowledge are you looking to gain, and what is your current level (gap analysis)?
- What are the five most important aspects of your work to you?
During the interview rounds, we delve into these questions. We take the time to clarify the answers to these questions, with the goal of creating a situation where we can turn these answers into actions. We offer you a permanent contract, along with a plan. In this plan, we outline how we will realize your ambitions as discovered through the process. After these two years, we revisit the same trajectory, keeping the fire alive.
